I've done three Wilderness Ventures trips. I've done Yellowstone Teton Explorer, Puget Sound, and California. Of all the meals I ate, Willy's Taco Delight is definitely my favorite meal! It consists of tortilla chips in place of regular flour tortillas in a taco. There is delicious meat and my cook crew added very tasteful taco seasoning. We could add tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. Delicious! I love it so much I even went home after Yellowstone Teton Explorer and cooked it for my family. It's an extremely delicious and easy meal to make and I have SO much fun cooking it with my friends! Can't wait to make Willy's Taco Delight and eat it, summer 2012!!

These are fantastic opportunities for teens to seriously reduce their 'nature deficits' while, simultaneously, building a lifetime of shared experiences and challenging themselves personally.

I highly recommend any and all outdoor adventures with Wilderness Ventures.

Absolutely a great site. At one time in my life I backpacked alot and visited Jackson Hole frequently. I still flyfish Clarks Fork of the Yellowstone. At 64 years of age I'm going stronger than ever. Your information is vital to all young people who, I fear, are placing things natural far down on the ladder of importance in their lives, Good luck and thanks.

Ross wrote the following (sorry we are so late!!):

This past “camp” adventure was one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had the opportunity to be apart of. I loved the way the trip was organized so well, and the counselors were really great. I thought they knew what they were doing, even in the face of danger! They were well prepared and very entertaining for the group. The activities were well planned and fun for the whole group. I will always remember the van rides where we were all packed into a tiny van and drove for hours and the games we played to pass the time. And the terrible singing we did to some ridiculous song we listened to in 7th grade.
It was just amazing to think that kids from all over the United States had so much in common even though we live so far apart. We all grew closer in the two weeks living with each other than I ever thought we could. We experienced great times and hardships that we over came because we worked together. For example, when we were hiking the Napali Coast, we all ran out of water. So, we had to do our best to encourage the rest of the group that we were almost at the end. My favorite part of the trip was the sailboat because we got to just relaxxxxxxxxxx. I am so glad that I was able to be a part of this experience!!! Thank you!

Sincerely,

After viewing these photos, who would not want to join a trip? It is obvious that these groups were really living and having fun.
