TESTIMONIAL
Callen’s adventure was everything we could have hoped for and then some. She returns to us with a broader and deeper confidence in herself as well as a wonderful appreciation for the natural world.
-Steven Bair
Birmingham, Alabama

This perfect introduction to the Rocky Mountains has no equal. Hike amidst the amazing Teton peaks, sea kayak through the spectacular high lakes of wildlife rich Yellowstone, trek among the sparkling alpine tarns of Montana's Anaconda-Pintler wilderness, whitewater raft and inflatable kayak Idaho's amazing Salmon River then return to the Tetons for two days of unforgettable rock climbing.

Hike the Tetons

We'll acclimatize by spending a day hiking the breathtaking scenery of Grand Teton National Park, where we'll be amazed by the spectacular beauty of these towering spires.

Sea Kayak Yellowstone’s Wilderness

Picking up sea kayaks, we’ll paddle the calm waters of North America’s largest high mountain lake for the next three days. Few words can describe the serenity and beauty of gliding across the mirror-like waters of Yellowstone in two-person ocean going kayaks. Our kayaks enable us to see a part of Yellowstone National Park few people get to experience. By day, we will paddle through quiet coves where we will be on the look out for white pelicans, osprey, and bald eagles that feed on Yellowstone's abundant trout. Along the shoreline, we will keep watch for some of the amazing variety of wildlife to be found such as moose, elk, bison, bears, and wolves. Each night, we will be camping at a pristine beach where we will be amazed by the brilliance of the stars at nine thousand feet. Before departing, we'll marvel at Old Faithful, stand in awe at the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and shiver in the spray of Yellowstone Falls.

Backpack Montana’s Continental Divide

Northwest of Yellowstone Park, the Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness remains one of Montana’s best kept secrets. We'll traverse this stunning range straddling the Continental Divide for six days, passing over high ridges, and admiring he many sparkling lakes tucked among the jagged peaks. We will spend our days learning basic navigational skills, low impact camping techniques, and wilderness cooking procedures, while at night we'll be amazed at the bountiful and brilliant star-filled sky.

Whitewater Raft and Inflatable Kayak the Salmon River

Our next adventure will bring our group back towards water. On the amazing Salmon River we'll learn whitewater rafting and inflatable kayaking skills on one of the finest four-day stretches of whitewater to be found in North America. This famous river combines quiet, clear pools, with numerous exciting class III and IV whitewater rapids with such names as Snow Hole, China Bar and the Gobbler. This dramatic canyon offers wonderful hiking opportunities when we shore our boats in the afternoon and fantastic swimming holes in the quiet pools. We'll camp each night on extensive sandy beaches and savor our "river rat" feasts.

Rock Climb the Teton Peaks

Returning to Jackson Hole, we'll spend two days climbing amongst the snow-capped peaks of the Teton Mountain Range. After a day of climbing school at the world famous Exum School of Mountaineering we will learn basic rock climbing skills before embarking on a one day climb of Cube Point or Baxter's Pinnacle, a perfect ending to our three week trip. Our trip concludes in Jackson with our traditional banquet.

All the major components of this trip have been offered by us over the past thirty-five years.
